This is a cool salon style that is very tricky to create. If you find a great stylist, they will be able to recreate or create their own version of this very fun and up to date hair do. If you have very long hair, this is extra difficult to recreate because of the amount of hairspray needed to hold the hair in place. Mid-length hair would be ideal for this updo due to the fact that you won't fell like your hair is completely "glued" together by hairspray!

Modern Bangs
This is a cool salon style that is very tricky to create. If you find a great stylist, they will be able to recreate or create their own version of this very fun and up to date hair do. If you have very long hair, this is extra difficult to recreate because of the amount of hairspray needed to hold the hair in place. Mid-length hair would be ideal for this updo due to the fact that you won't fell like your hair is completely "glued" together by hairspray!
Wispy

Just have to love this updo. The hair is pulled back tightly on the sides with a little bit of a twisted or grouped strand look. The back is simply looped around, and a few wisps of hair left to hang out. The hair can be notted to give this type of effect or just simply pinned with bobby pins. You could also try to pin your hair with a smaller banana clip (remember these?) and then backcomb or "tease" the hair at the base first to create more volume before pulling the hair into the banana clip.
Interweave Updo

This updo is very simple to create if you have very curly or kinky hair. Simply let your hair air dry, put up into a ponytail as high or low as you'd like, and start setting the curls wherever you'd like. It is best to spray the curls into place as you go along, so they do not move. Personally, I love the hairspray "big sexy hair" to lock the hair in place. It is the best spray for permanent hold.
